"Called this insurance company for a client they kept me on hold for 30 mins then it took another 10 mins for verification of insurance to be emailed all while still waiting so it took 40 mins total to add one car to policy. The hold/waiting music was so loud in my ear and the lady only came back to the phone to check on us once during the 30mins it was horrible."

"My experiences with Levay Mack, the last couple of years has been BAD! Larissa allowed a gap period in between renewals and it cost me over a thousand dollars for a month, more than the policy for the year. They never responded to my loss. It almost happened again this year. They have had a number of turnovers with the agents that assist you. They do not return your calls and C Ritchie was not much better. I was lucky to have Victoria A help me this year. She was able to take the initiative to do the right thing. She was a delight to deal with and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She has kept me here. I hope to see a major improvement from Levay Mack?? They seem not to have any initiative to help anyone or respond for the aggravation they have caused their customers. Thanks"
