"I found yoga when I was at my lowest point. I took one class with Janette and I was hooked. I have gone several times a week for the last 4ish months. Janette is the owner of this beautiful studio. Her energy reminds me of coming home. It's just peaceful. She has the most soothing voice for guiding you through gentle yoga. The flip side is the yoga flow which gets you all steamed up. Vince teaches a Saturday morning class that is one of my favorites when I want to feel like a warrior, a peaceful warrior as he would say. He is pure playful energy. There are many different instructors who bring amazing gifts to the class. I am so incredibly grateful I found this place ❤️ I would give a hundred stars if I could ⭐"
