"FIRST TIME HOME BUYER BEWARE! I purchased my first home in 2018 and Drew Ditty was suggested by the mortgage company, so I decided to take their word and purchased my home insurance through his company. As a first time home buyer, I was not educated in the minutia of home insurance and took the package that Drew and his agency suggested. I kept this package up until I decided to bundle my car and home insurance and upon receiving a new quote, I learned that I had been paying for a policy that didn't apply to my property and spent several thousands of dollars more than I needed to... When I brought this to Drew's attention, he stated "you're as complicit as anyone" and when I challenged him and explained that I hired his agency to act as a specialist and to provide sound advice, he responded "Go to hell!"... Sounds like a great company, right? Do not work with this agent, he will sell you an incorrect policy with no remorse and will claim that it's your fault..."
