"They were the owners of Studiobox which were responsible for the pictures, album and video of my children’s 15s party. The customer service was fine until the account was paid. After that I had to be calling and texting constantly for information regarding their appointments and sevices. Weeks would pass and I would have no reply. Long story short they abandoned the business to another. They never let on that they were dropping their clients. They lied and said they were moving. The photo album looks likes something you would do yourself on shutterfly. I was rendered speechless by the mediocre product. The ohotos and video were not out on a drive either. The company that inherited the remains emailed them to me. This alex and his wife are con artists. They are liers and they make things sound great and at the end they give you garbage. RUN. Go to another place."
