"The best!!! I moved to Miami a couple of years ago and tried a capoeira class at the CDO academy a few days after arriving. Rebelde and the entire CDO group here quickly became family. The workouts are unbelievable. Rebelde always pushes you to do more and to trust the learning process, while at the same time respecting your limits.
