"katerina is a professional!l teacher! I met her because of a strong pain in the middle of the back and after a couple of sessions it disappeared, magically. It was just a bad posture habit. She is really helpful if you want to know how to teach your body! she taught me how to know my body and muscles. she taught me how to avoid back pain, correcting my posture alone during the day. I would definitely recommend it. She is 5-star teacher and amazing girl! she is very attentive and prepared. Hard to find people like her."
