"It was my first time coming back to BJJ training after 10 years. The Professor and Coach welcomed my friend and I to the training class, even though we were just visiting Miami from out of town. The instruction was well done with a good amount of time spent on drills in no gi single leg take down and defense with the last part of class rolling with others. The adult class had a wide range of skill sets and age groups and all of them gave us a warm welcome along with comments on how to do the technique effectively. I would definitely come back and train again."
