"I just walked in trying to sign up for a membership since i moved locations I have been going to one in pompano beach. there was no one at the desk and when i asked the instructor if there was someone at the desk he said no (as if that is normal) and when I asked when there would be someone available I can speak to he said he had no clue. The instructor was a young ish boy with light eyes. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this location to absolutely anyone. It is not a crazy question to ask why there is no one sitting at the front desk."

"Not good people. Basically, I had decided not to go after my initial free trial. I signed up and paid for 4 classes but their schedule showed no availability. When I tried to get a refund, not only will they not refund me but they said I owed another payment. I never even used their services but their claim is that I signed a contract, so they just want to steal my money. Their claim is that it is their "policy" and are not stealing my money."

"I love this Pilates Studio !! It's very clean and the Instructors and staff members couldn't be more warm and accommodating. I had both Cervical and Lumbar surgeries as a result of an auto accident. After the surgeries I was still left with chronic lower back pain and it was recommended by my Orthopedic surgeon to join Pilates as it would help strengthen my lower lumbar muscles and indeed it has !! I've completed over 350 classes and must say my back is practically pain free. I have the unlimited package which allows me to take as many classes as I need and want and it is working for me tremendously. I highly recommend joining this Pilates studio as it is a wonderful place to achieve physical results, peace and harmony !"

"As someone completely new to pilates - I was pleasantly surprised. The people are really nice and diligently answer all sorts of questions - some teachers will take the time to learn your name! It has been good to learn new ways or building your core strength. Its very inclusive for all ages of women and men - the teachers are good about telling folks when to adjust for any type of issue they may have. I believe it is a positive place for anyone new or experienced!"
