After trying to work with them they wont even offer another date . 2 weeks after try to give them another chance Matt the instructor was great ! Really did more then expected But when we came, the plane was lack of fuel And he said that, unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for them to come Fuel it . After we finished the flight, I found out that they charge us for those 30 minutes After reaching out to the business owner, he wouldn’t refund the money . We really enjoyed the flight, but will never come back to the business with them"

"I had the same terrible experience twice with this company in the summer of 2016 and 2018. I am a pilot living abroad and as I was passing by Miami in the summer 2016, I booked an instructor a few weeks before with the company’s president for a check out then solo rental to take my family upstate for 3 days. I got a confirmation in writing, so no risk of mistake. Unfortunately, no instructor showed up for the check out, and we could not find time so I had to cancel the whole family trip and rent a car instead. How disappointing. Following my insistent inquiry, the President apologized 3 days later saying there had been a schedule mix up. As I thought it was a one off mistake and I may want to fly with them again, I did not make a big fuss. Two years later, in August 2018, I made the same check out and rental request, which was again confirmed by writing by the president 4 weeks before my trip. Same exact story again. No one showed up, and no response so far from anyone. Unbelievable. Conclusion: what happened in 2016 was not bad luck as it happened again in 2018. Such a lack of politeness, professionalism and reliability is unheard off in the general aviation world in southern Florida, and not reassuring as a plane renting company. I would not recommend this company to anyone for sure."
