"Visited this past weekend with a free trial pass. I have been to LA Fitness clubs all around the United States. This has to be the dirtiest, most unorganized location I have ever been to. Just blatant ignorance and not caring from the management all the way down the ladder. Not one single dumbbell was in the right spot. The dumbbells themselves are really dirty. My hands were gross after using them. Miami does have some of the laziest people in the US, but that is not an excuse for management to not walk out on the floor and see what a mess it is. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if management never walked out on the floor. Because if they did and they have two eyes and a brain, they would see that they need to make an effort and clean the place up. I would never give my money to this location. I hope management sees this and does something about it because they honestly shouldn't even have a job with the way the gym is being taken care of."
"How is it possible that 3 weeks without the escalator machines working, a gym that charges $70 a month, apart from the fact that they are looking to repair them"
"Best LA Fitness in Miami. The Gm there is amazing and very caring. Very helpful with everything you need. The personal trainer director has all the knowledge in the world to get you to your goals. I have reached my goals in less than 3 months with their help. Definitely go there and try them out. You won’t regret. YOULL LOVE IT THERE"
"The first time I’ve worked with a personal trainer and I absolutely love working with Maria Alejandra! She’s the best! My workout routine and nutrition plan is clear and pushes me to be the best I can every session. When I signed up, Israel answered all my questions (I had A LOT) and helped me through the entire process. Highly recommend this location!"
"The gym offers excellent customer service, and the staff is always attentive. However, it often gets overly crowded, making it hard to fully enjoy the facilities. I hope they can find a solution to accommodate the high demand."
