"I take classes here 3 times a week and it's a great place to train. They do a great job at explaining how every movement is supposed to be applied. SiFu Steve is a patient and easy going instructor. They have Boxing, KickBoxing, and MuayThai. There's also Kung Fu which I recommend the most because If you get a good fundamental knowledge of where most of today's moves come from you can then transition into another discipline with confidence and understanding. Highly Recommended"

"Overall a great experience so far. I brought my teen in to check out their boxing class and I can't say enough about this place. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The teacher for the boxing class was so patient and honestly everyone in the class was super patient and sweet to my kid. 10/10"

"I highly recommend this place. The coaches are great with the kids. My daughter went when she was 5 and they helped her build so much confidence in herself. Now my toddler joined. He loves it! Coach Noel is awesome and very patient with the kids. The staff are very effective in ensuring sanitation is in place and that everyone is wearing a mask. As a parent during this pandemic, you definitely will have a peace of mind in regards to COVID safety regulations being in place. Go by and try the 1st class, you won't regret it."

"I enrolled my daughters (9 and 12 years old) in January, and they love their Muay Thai classes. Instructor Joe's coaching goes beyond the basics of the sport. He also gives them foundation for discipline and respect. I recently joined myself the Muay Thai adult class. The focus is on technique, repetition (to build muscle memory), and sparring. But above all, it is the fantastic family-friendly environment that makes this gym unique."
