"What a workout!! This place is amazing, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with lots of energy and motivation to get the WOD going. Their coaches are very knowledgeable and patient, will prioritize your form instead of adding senseless weight. Its great fot all levels of fitness. Its a race against yourself and just fit is there to guide you along the way! They even have a smoothie bar and nutritionist on site!! Awesome place!"
