It's amazing to see academies that still withhold traditional martial arts principles. Not to mention the fact you're one minute away from the beach! Its perfect to cool down after a hard class. "We love Reyson Gracie Boca! We have been going for about a year. We started with the kids classes for our then 3yr old and 6yr old and it was a really great start. They can start as early as 3 years old, and the kids really love the classes and the coaches, it’s a great combo of having fun but also learning the techniques. The coaches are so great with the kids and really want them to succeed. It really teaches them confidence, self control, and teamwork. We have all started attending the classes with my husband doing the adult classes in the evenings and I do private Muay Thai classes and their twice a month women’s self defense classes! It’s not only a great workout, but it’s been fun to learn different ways to defend ourselves. Highly recommend Reyson Gracie Boca!!"
