"I love this gym. Always feel at home here. Met the new manager Coco so sweet and definitely a people person. My trainer Stacey is by far the best. I have lost 40 lbs so far and she knows exactly when to push me and when to back off. She is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Always checks on me if I cancel and even sets up exercises when I am on vacation. The best gym!!!"
