Crunch Fitness - Palm Beach Gardens

"I’ve been going to Crunch fitness for almost two months now and I’m loving it!! It’s very affordable and I love the wide variety of classes that they offer! The hydro-massage machine is a really unique feature and is a great way to recover lost work out! The gym definitely gets a little crowded though and it would be nice if they offered more classes on the weekends. Other than that it’s been a great experience so far!"

"This is a great gym. I’ve been a member since 2021. I’ve been to other gyms in my lifetime and I believe first impressions is everything. I love that when I walk through the door Liza at the front desk always greets me with a smile and by my name. She is very friendly, always has a positive attitude, and is always on time. Another thing I notice is that she is always cleaning the main lobby area. Some other areas of the gym are somewhat clean sometimes, and other times not so much, which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. I take the HITT classes and the turf is usually dirty so when we lay on the floor we are surrounded by hair and dirt. The group fitness room floor also isn’t the cleanest. For the most part, the locker room is kept clean including the sauna. Creation and Brogan are my two favorite instructors. Their classes are so good. Julie a/k/a Jill"

"I've been coming to the Crunch in Palm Beach Gardens since October, and it has easily become my favorite place to be. I originally switched from the Stuart location, and I have to say PBG is really where it's at. Both the management and front desk staff are absolutely fantastic, especially Seth and Jerry. Every time I come in, it feels like I'm surrounded by friends who want to support my desire to be healthy. To me, that's what the gym community is all about. This team consistently knocks it out of the park for me - LOVE you all!"

"I joined Crunch Fitness because I needed more of an up beat gym and I have never felt so welcome. First there is Lisa who works at the front desk who always greet me with a genuine and sincere smile. She is also very helpful. Also there is Letti my personal trainer, she is the most patient and caring trainer I have ever met and I believe I will get to where I want in my weight loss with her. She is so knowledgeable. I love it here and I can say I am here to stay."

"If you go on the weekends or at night when there are no managers or crowds there then its actually not bad at all. The front desk staff is chill and will rarely ever give you problems if you go after the rush. Something I've noticed is that there's practically no corporate. Only managers can get in touch with them and even then they struggle to do so. Crunch CR Fitness as a franchise is terrible. ANY location under this franchise is set up for failure, they don't value the member as an individual or even their wellness, they only view you as a dollar sign. Some of the trainers and staff are very entitled and behave like they're better than others around them. If you're looking to just use a place for the machines and sauna and maybe even to socialize then I recommend this place but I would never recommend anything further than that. If something goes wrong with your account or you want to cancel, you have to hope and pray to be talking to the right person who actually cares about you because CR Fitness management doesn't care about you. Upper level management (mainly the Personal Training Managers and District Managers) have little to no respect. Crunch CR Fitness gives to much power to their employees and there are no clear guidelines so its practically a breeding ground for egotistical men and women to get power hungry and they lose sight of the importance and the value that the member brings outside of their cash. If it weren't for Dylan at the front desk (and the rest of the front desk is cool too) I would never go back."
