Muaythai, also known as the "art of 8 limbs", teaches you to use punches, kicks, knees, and elbows as weapons to your advantage. In addition to Muaythai, we offer a Premier Martial Arts program for children to develop work ethic, discipline, and respect, while boosting their self-confidence and physical activity. Kickboxing fitness classes provide the ultimate total body workout, combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio to improve stamina, coordination, flexibility, and build lean muscle.
