"I have been doing pilates in chicago for 5 years. Because of an injury I’ve been doing level 1 classes for the past year and a half. I’ve taken classes with almost all instructors at this studio. Lisa is GREAT. The other instructors are fair, at best. There’s one who is AWFUL! Horrible cueing…you can tell she has VERY little experience! Others don’t cue much better but you can tell they have some experience…they just don’t put much effort into their classes. I have yet to see some of them even correct anyone and I know some people are NOT doing the moves correctly! I feel bad for new people who may not know what they don’t know. It would really be nice if they sent out satisfaction surveys so they could get feedback and make very necessary improvements!"

I just turned 50 years old and had never tried it before and a month ago, it changed me, my spirit and soul are feeling great and soon my body will be the same.
