"Such a welcoming studio and a fantastic class. The instructor was so attentive throughout, the workout was intense but without imapct (great for my joints) and the music was terrific. Highly recommended!"
"When I visited the studio, I was told to sign up and pay for the introductory class online and was sold on all of the levels of classes and was genuinely excited. I explained that because I work I only have one time during the day when I could get a class in. After doing the online sign up and paying for the class I attempted to book a class but during my time slot there were no classes for 3 months! I contacted the studio and eventually got a reply. I was told that members book 3 months in advance and that the best I could hope for was to get on a waitlist and hope that someone cancels. It was obvious that it was going to be an extreme hassle to use the class so I asked for a refund and was denied. When new members inquire you really should do the honest thing and state that your classes are full rather than have people pay and then string them along. I’m just glad I didn’t lose more money."

"The Megaformer is the most torturous and WONDERFUL machine ever invented! One 50 minute Core Evolution class will work every muscle you can think of and then some ones you didn't even know we're there! Stephanie's noon class on Friday is hands down my favorite! Steph motivates you through the burn and keeps you laughing. An amazing workout and so much fun! A must try!"
