"I decided to take the 8 week beginner class to see if it would help me lose weight and get stronger. It worked and is a lot of fun. I have lost 12 lbs and gained a lot of muscle tone in only 7 weeks. Surprisingly it has also helped me recover from a foot injury by increasing my agility and ability to recover from slips. The teachers and fellow students are patient and kind, supporting my sometimes slow learning. I am definitely signing up for more after I “graduate” next week.I will add more pictures when I lose more weight."

If you want to learn how to bagpipe, they have that too. Overall, I cannot recommend Palm Beach Sword School enough. "I loved taking classes with PBSS back in 2019 at their Lake Worth dojo location and dropping into one class at their outdoor location in 2020. Ben’s historical textbook derived fighting styles make the classes format feel true to form of how swordsmanship must’ve been taught for centuries to professional armies. Great group of people!"
