"I had knee surgery for a meniscus tear and as soon as I was cleared to return to full body workouts, I was already chomping at the bit to get started. BARWIS was the perfect way to kick start my body to get back used to working out. Coach Edwin was careful to make sure I didn't re-injure anything and while I couldn't go all out on knee-specific exercises, he definitely made sure that we targeted other areas. So I absolutely still felt like I got a full body workout, even when my knee was just getting used to fully exercising again. Edwin is great at articulating the movements of the exercises, correcting you, and pushing you farther then you think you can go (and then also how to recover properly). He has a great attitude that motivates you to do better for yourself. And if you were an athlete in the past, as I was, it's great for getting back into that mindset--it makes you feel good!!
