"We recently took a Jiu Jitsu self defense class as a team building exercise for our company, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The instructor, Wald is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the art of Jiu Jitsu, and he is able to effectively convey his expertise to the entire group. Wald tailored the class to our skill level and he and Bruna made sure that everyone felt comfortable and safe while participating. One of the highlights of the class was the emphasis on self defense techniques, which gave us all a sense of empowerment and confidence. We also had a lot of fun learning new moves and practicing with our colleagues. The team building aspect of the class was also spot on, as it helped to build camaraderie and trust among our team members.
