"Such amazing food! We stumbled on DalMoros when we randomly decided to visit Armature Works for the day and I was thrilled to see their menu offering. Alicia was super patient, excited to tell me they now offer gluten friendly pasta, and very knowledgeable. I can’t have gluten due to dietary restrictions and it’s hard to find a good pasta. DalMoros does NOT disappoint. The pasta was freshly made and such perfect consistency. I was able to sample some sauces until I picked my favorite. One of the best gluten free pastas I’ve ever had and it was a perfect portion and such cute to go container! I would love to see them expand and open a location closer to me. Trinity or Odessa would have great clientele for this - or even a food truck! I’d support any concept because your food is hard to beat. I can’t wait to go back."
