"Joe saved the day/night. The day started as any perfect boat day would- then my step dad dropped my phone off the dock while unloading. It’s very stressful losing a phone, but on top of that it had my ID abd credit cards were attached to the back. After a brutal hour of my sister and I searching, and getting cut by barnacles we called the mission off. I thought I was out of luck, as we are about to have a huge storm hit. Later that night I decided to google recovery services, and thank heavens Joe was still open at 11 at night. He gracefully took my call and calmed my nerves and said he would attempt the mission. Fast forward to nearly 1 am, I received the best news- he FOUND IT! Joe turned my nightmare into something I thought wasn’t even possible- he recovered my phone with everything intact- and it was on. I cried when I got the photo, a photo that speaks a thousand words- and all of them being gratitude towards Joe and all his efforts to go above and beyond. Joe you are an angel! I cannot thank you enough!"
