I had a very very bad experience with her today at the forest Hill office off jog road in west palm beach Florida.I went in because she need to fix something on my policy and she have not got back with me and freeway agents kept sending her emails to contact me and she didn’t that’s why I went in the office to talk to her and I heard her yell at the ladies in the front to tell me she wasn’t there and they got upset because she didn’t want to help me and she is my agent. I went to her door in the office and she slammed the door in my face and told me to ask the other ladies to help me. The worst agent ever and she is the manager at that office. POV, if you get her on the phone for a policy ask for someone else please to avoid what I had to got through."
