"I have been a loyal customer of this Publix every since they opened. Their customer service has become very poor. Today my cashier rushed me through the line with gift cards. The amount on the gift cards were not clearly marked and the cashier charged my debit card without telling me the balance which was 4 times the amount I was expecting. The manager, Lenny told me I could not return them and there was nothing he could do. Any compensation would have been appreciated and would have gone a long way!"
"I've been shopping this Publix for six years. Although the neighborhood is growing and the store seems more crowded, the employees here are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have my favorite unique items, plus everything is fresh and well stocked. While most Publix' are clean, friendly and well stocked this Publix (my home store) always takes it to the next level. Highly recommended."
"80th Birthday cake was supposed to have balloons and confetti. Strawberry filling in the middle. HORRIBLE- EPIC FAIL. Third graders could have done a better decorating job! Some type of pudding with Strawberry....NEVER been so disappointed in publix bakery in all my life!!!"
"This Publix is the absolute worst store, they never have fully stocked shelves, they never take responsibility for lacking in merchandise, they blame it on being busy…. They never offer to order items for you, I don’t know how corporate allows this store to operate at such low standards. If it wasn’t right next to my house I would never shop here again. I hate shopping here."
