"I truly love this gym! I've been here for a few months now and I'm so excited to say I finally found a gym that is the right fit for me. I feel so supported and I enjoy how these classes are formatted. The trainers will push me when I need to be pushed, but they also offer a lot of modifications too, so I always feel like I'm right on my level. I started with the Capstone Cut program which really helped me track and understand the food that I was eating. I never felt hungry and it really helped me develop a better relationship with food. I've been so to many gyms searching for something I really enjoy and I'm so happy to have found that here."
