"We tried three different martial arts facilities (trial classes) before landing at Martinez Martial Arts. This place is incredible. It is the epitome of a family friendly facility with the personal touch, skill mastery, and affordability our family searching for. The instructors Mr. Chall, Ms. Conover, and Mr. Martinez are so great with the kids. Our boys (ages 4&6) respect them and admire them greatly. I’m not exaggerating when I say they ask daily if it’s karate day. I have also take a handful of self defense classes with Mr. Martinez and found that to be invaluable. We were looking for a place that would reinforce respect while also teaching the boys a skill and building confidence and I can say they do all this and more. I also love that the classes are all ages, so our boys get to learn with kids of all ages and make friends. If you want a place that goes beyond an after-school activity, that hones in a timeless skill like karate while also ingraining respect, discipline, and integrity, THIS is the place!"
