"I just completed my home inspection, and thought I'd comment on it. The process was simple, and didn't require me to have someone come out. So no waiting for someone that might be late, or not show at all. Stuff comes up at the last minute, and being able to do the guided inspection myself and take photos was so much easier. If there's some important interruption, you can take a break, then come back to it. On top of that, the inspection team at Frontline Insurance caught a potential problem that I wasn't aware of, which was a supply line to my guest bathroom sink that was leaking. It was a slow drip, but it had definitely failed, and I wasn't aware of it even though I took the pictures. So glad they spotted it! I replaced it, took another picture, and completed the inspection. Love it. I've had Frontline for many years now, and never had a problem."

"This company in my opinion are crooks. You pay for insurance; they send third parties out to give a good bill of health and you have to claim 15 months later for reasons beyond your control. “We are prepared to offer you $1000 on a $90,0000 claim. They weren’t even the cheapest! Brokers should stop pushing their product! It’s time to start calling Local News, BBB, Brokers. Put it out there!!!!"

"Terrible company to deal with. We made a claim and the desk adjuster assigned to us was aggressive , condescending and down right rude. When we’d ask for clarification in the over 6 months of back and forth, he’d refuse to answer and would only restate questions or send the same generic response. Even when we moved to talking with a manager, they were unhelpful. After the person came out to assess, the desk adjuster didn’t liked it so they sent him out again. The. Sent en engineer from Alabama to North Carolina to do an assessment. Claim was for a roof. They denied our roof claim and said it was just old. Our neighbors had an older roof with less damage and Frontline approved their claim. They gladly take your ever raising premium and do not honor their polices. I requested, more than once, to speak with someone else and did not get responses. Would not recommend."

"Far more reasonable prices than any other competitor. Super friendly representatives. Painless process to switch from our old carrier. Alerted us to needed repairs and provided a nice *rebate* for doing so! What's not to like???"

"I would give no stars if that was an option. I am extremely disappointed in the service by Frontline. We had our second home insured with them. It was insured as a second home and when I bought the policy I put a lot of emphasis on our mailing address was different than the property address. I knew it was coming up on renewal but I had a lot of health issues with my mom and forgot. My fault I know. By the time I realized I still did not have any mail on the renewal of our policy, it was 8 days passed the renewal. I paid for it immediately and was told no problem over the phone. I also said please make sure you have the mailing address right. I was assured they had it right.- However, when we did arrive at the property the only mail was a cancellation notice from earlier in the month. NO other mail had been sent to that property. Well 15 days later when I needed to show proof of insurance to my mortgage company, I saw that it was still showing canceled. I called only to find out that they decided not to renew us. No explanation was given. So here I was 15 days without insurance on my home for no reason. Then I had another emergency with my mom and had to fly back home. While I was up here, I found out a letter and a refund check was sent to the property - again they still had not fixed our mailing address. So here I am dealing with two emergencies now - one I have no insurance and two my mom is in the hospital. Then no way to deposit the refund check to pay for a policy with someone else. I am extremely frustrated with no help from the local agents or Frontline - they refused to budge from canceling us. Their customer service is awful - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!"
