He brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class and he has a great playlist! Whether you decide to take a group class or private training, each session is fun yet challenging, combining traditional boxing techniques with cardio and some strength training. "Horrible experience. Marty decided not to show up for private lessons when he agreed to a date and time. With no follow up or accountability when he didn’t show up. I would have understood if something came up, but to have someone drive up there and not communicate before or after that you can’t make it is bad business and disrespect and I texted him this."
"Very approachable gym. The Owner and employees are super kind and welcoming even to the most novice boxer. One of the only gyms in the area to offer actual sparring if they deem you ready, and they go about it in a very safe manner. Pretty affordable as far as boxing goes as well."
