Melanie Reilly, with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, holds a comprehensive Level I, II & III Certification through Peak Pilates of Boulder, Colorado. This certification includes a range of Pilates exercises on Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Small Props, based on the Classical Pilates Method. Melanie also holds a Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Outside of Pilates, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, including her college-level athlete son and multi-sport high school athlete daughter. She is often found at the ball field watching her son play baseball or running with her daughter. Melanie also enjoys the outdoors and may even be seen practicing Pilates on her paddle board.
