Brutal Born Gym

"Gym itself was alright, pretty cool old school style, but it took way to long to cancel my membership, I needed to cancel my membership because I moved away and didn't use the gym anymore, I tied to cancel every month from october 2023, November 2023, December 2023, January 2024, and now February 2024... I was charged 35.99 for all those months I didn't use the gym, I send multiple emails about the cancellation, even called the main number and spoke to someone who said they'd cancel it and they did... I got charged AGAIN this month for something I haven't been using, tried to call and ask if I could finally get it cancelled, and a refund on the 1 month, not the other four, and still nobody responds to my emails and calls, very bad communication and they're not helping me out.."

"I moved from the area so needed to cancel my membership. I chose the month to month option upon joining so that I could cancel when I needed. Contacted them via messenger and they said I needed to email them a cancellation request. I emailed them my membership number and requested cancellation. That was 4 months and I’m still being charged. I had to go through my bank to block this merchant and dispute the charges as fraud. I contacted them multiple times and they never responded. Be weary when signing with them."

"Great old-school body builder style gym. Well equipped, spacious and huge garage doors open to let in fresh air and natural light. Management helped me get a day pass on line even though they weren't there, very responsive."
