The school is the result of a merger between Hyde Tae Kwon Do and Precision Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do, with Henry Hyde and Sheila Godbold as the owners and instructors. Master Hyde is a highly skilled ninth degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do, following the Oh Duk Kwan style taught by Grandmaster Myung Kun Oh. GM Oh, a native of Korea with a background in the military and special forces, is considered the grandmaster of the school. Students at State of the Art Tae Kwon Do can expect top-notch instruction in the traditional art of Tae Kwon Do, following the teachings of the Oh Duk Kwan school in Korea.

"My daughter and I love this school. Traditional Taekwondo taught here. Master Hyde and Mrs. Sheila Hyde are very supportive but at the same time not soft on students. Student earn their belts here they are not given away which adds to the sense of accomplishment. We hope to earn our black belts here and we would love to see more join us."
