Manasota Beach Yoga offers invigorating beach yoga classes at two stunning locations in Englewood, Venice, and Nokomis, Florida. Start your day with a peaceful yoga session on the white sandy shores of Manasota Beach or North Jetty Beach Park on Casey Key.
Our experienced and certified instructors guide students of all abilities through a rejuvenating practice that promotes relaxation, strength, balance, and mindfulness. Breathe in the fresh sea air, soak up the sunshine, and connect with nature as you flow through poses on the tranquil Gulf of Mexico beaches.
Support our beach yoga community with a donation of $5 or more, which helps cover costs and supports our dedicated teachers. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor, you're welcome to join us rain or shine for a revitalizing yoga experience by the sea.
Don't forget to bring a blanket, water bottle, and comfortable clothing for freedom of movement. With free parking available and classes starting at 8:30 AM Monday through Friday, Manasota Beach Yoga is the perfect place to start your day off right. See you on the mat!
