Pole fitness is something I've always admired and wanted to try, but I was concerned I'd never have the upper body strength to do it, but Megyn is so passionate and helpful, it's an inspiration! She always has positive reinforcement, and alternatives if a move is "in transition", and never seems to tire of repeating moves if asked. Would totally recommend! Plus, I do like the fact that she stresses the idea that what we do is not necessarily motivated by the "male gaze"; she is all about discretion and privacy, and it's very female friendly to women of all ages, regardless of beginning fitness level."

In six weeks Megyn will have you doing things you never thought you could. She teaches you step by step and provides guidance every step of the way. I have met some of the most amazing women in these classes and have had a fantastic time. It’s a small group setting with an emphasis on learning and confidence. You will not believe how strong you will become; I lift weights and have never experienced a workout like this. No dancing is required, come with an open mind and be prepared to have fun!"
