"I absolutely would recommend this academy to anyone visiting Lakeland or who wants to get started in jiu jitsu. I am a 135lb purple belt and my husband is a 165lb black belt, and we had the pleasure of training here for a month while visiting town. No matter your belt level you will get high quality training here. Coach Marc went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his training room and to share techniques with us. The classes are well run, the academy is clean and well maintained, and my husband and I were both able to get great, technically challenging rounds here. We also got to meet and train with Coach Rafa, which was a great experience. He is an exceptional leader for his students and coaches. We will definitely be back, and if we lived locally I would be thrilled to get to train here and at the North location full time."
