"I went there for a 2:00 appointment, 3:10 I was still waiting so I left. When I asked the answer was tech was setting up the room, how long does it take to set up a room. I know they took someone before me because they had to go to work well I had somewhere to be too."

"Haley and Angela are amazing nurses. Truly the best. Kind, patient, sweet and so helpful. Dr Zumsteg is always incredible. I cannot remember the name of my anesthesiologist, but he was the best! Put me at ease. So kind and wonderful. The best team of caregivers ever! The front desk staff were kind and efficient and welcoming as well."

"My husband had surgery with Dr. Justin Zumsteg here yesterday. He was in a near fatal motorcycle crash in October 2020. He has had so many surgeries I have lost count, but all previous were at the main hospital and all but 1 were as an Inpatient. Although all of his specialists have been fantastic and highly skilled at these life saving/preserving surgeries, our experiences in the main hospital were terrible. Discompassionate nurses and lack of communication led to some serious anxiety for both of us. However, our experience at the Ambulatory Surgery Center was vastly different! Starting with Natalie at the front desk, she was kind and explained what to expect with the process and communication. Rebecca, his pre op nurse was quick and efficient in getting him ready so I could be with him again and allowed me to stay with him until they wheeled him off to the OR. The OR staff was compassionate and patiently answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. Angie, the charge nurse in the PACU/Recovery helped graduate him quickly from Level I to Level II, I but kept in constant contact with me. She came to see me every 15 mins or so give me in person updates on his progress. Once he was in Level II, she brought me back right away, allowed me to stay with him, help him meet their goals for discharge and help get him dressed and ready to go. This was huge because in the main hospital they do not allow family to see their loved ones at all in Recovery and you will not see them until you get a phone call to pick them up outside. Surgery is terrible. The fear and anxiety both the patients and their families experience is terrible. The staff in the Ambulatory Surgery Center understands that and definitely does their best to make the day just a little easier."

"I just got out of surgery and this was the most pleasant experience in my surgical history. Every staff member I encountered had good spirit and were very caring and even gave me a washable tattoo that I asked for at pre-op. Very accommodating and calming, low stress environment for the patients. All the nurses had great personality!"
