"Bought a box of coffee and 50 munchkins and the manager at the time charged me $5.0O + tax for additional cups, sugar, cream and didnt have any stir sticks. He continued to talk behind my back in spanish because he thought I didnt understand. Washrooms smell like urine and the hand dryers didn't work, no paper towels either. Suprised how this place stayes open. 1st and last time for me!!! Horrible service and atmosphere was a mess."
"People in this store is very rude. The started making faces and ugly comments in Spanish when I asked to put more of one of the flavors of donuts. I was very specific since I ordered of what I wanted. No customer service, no smiles, just their rudeness !"
"terrible absolutely terrible! ordered through doordash and the only thing right was the munchkins and the snack bacon. both coffees were wrong. the breakfast sandwich’s we got both were wrong. mine did not have any bacon on it and the other was supposed to be a croissant sausage egg and cheese. and we only got eggs and cheese. this is ridiculous our receipt on the bag you get that seals tight the food for doordash has everything we ordered through the app the way we asked for it and yet it’s like they can’t read or don’t care to even do there job properly. never again! this places needs a serious quality check!"
"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Super slow and every time I try to order one of their new specialty coffees they never know how to make it. I ordered the new spiced cookie iced coffee that was advertised all over their store. The girl has no idea what it was and asked the manager. They then gave me a brown sugar iced coffee. I go this isn’t what I ordered. The manager told her it had pumpkin in it. She comes out and tells me it’s pumpkin. I try it and it’s a straight pumpkin spice iced coffee. No cookie swirl. By this time I’m over it. She tried arguing about it and I said I’m going to Starbucks. Learn your menu. Do better."
