Our therapist received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. With experience in providing individual, group, couple, and family counseling, as well as suicide intervention, we have worked with clients facing crisis and acute mental health symptoms. Additionally, we have experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families on issues such as emotional support, positive parenting skills, trauma, grief, anxiety, and more.
We offer an integrative approach using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our goal is to create a non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood as you work towards healing and personal growth.
