The technician was efficient and informative and Dr Arsenault was personable and professional as well as very informative. Overall, I could not have had a better experience. Waited no longer than 5 minutes, and that was because I had to fill out paper work and the staff genuinely was happy to work with you.; not an experience I get in most visits I have at a doctor's office.
