"Sent my granddaughter (minor) for evaluation following some concerning ideations approx 6 months ago. Requested update on status and treatment plan couple months ago. Therapist seemed almost annoyed with request and I asked why this wasn’t already provided. Following this request therapist has begun scheduling appt times outside the scope of availability 1pm on Monday when Granddaughter is in school. Informed therapist this is not going to work and we would look for another therapist. Therapists response was “ok whatever”. This is highly unprofessional to not provide some level of assessment and treatment plan for parents. As of today never received anything in writing."

"At first their services were ok - although I give LeSonya 10+stars; but then I had the opportunity to speak with their executive director Steve Friedman and I completely understand why the standard for service is so poor. Although I pointed several errors and backed it up with text messages he could not do the most basic practice and issue an apology. Even after 4 phone calls where I pointed it out again, nothing. Not only does it show a lack of empathy and compassion, personally it shows a superiority complex. Do yourself a favor and use Gracepoint."

"I spent about 8 months in therapy here and had a wonderful experience. I think it’s a great facility with very kind and compassionate staff. Prior to starting services here, I called around to several local therapists, all of which were more expensive and typically working on their own. It was important to me that I went somewhere that I could speak with a “higher up” if I felt the therapist was inappropriate in any way, however I obviously never needed to speak with anyone. It’s a beautiful service for the community, and certainly one I would recommend people to utilize if it is within their means to."

"I am giving them 1 start since I have to rate them. Otherwise they'll get a 0 star. In this place people don't care about the patients only about money and numbers. I took my young child with severe health challenges there and because in the 2 plus years he had 3 no shows due to unexpected health problems they abandoned his care without any notice. They would not even give my boy a month refill for his medicine until I could get another doctor. They left a critical ill child completely abandoned. They are nothing but despicable! Shame on them and I hope nobody there have to suffer what we are going through."

"This job would have been great had it not been for a greedy, in compassionate, cold, owner. He will make you take on more cases than you want because he wants his numbers high. He will yell at you, talk over you when you attempt to speak, and belittle you. Every employee at this establishment will tell you the same, as we all would vent to one another about walking on eggshells with this owner. How he can be an owner/director and lack the simple fundamentals of being a decent human being is beyond me. Steer clear of this place. All they care about is making money. They treat clients with Autism and other behavior orders that clearly need a behavior therapist, not mental health therapy! They also held my 1099 for taxes stating it was sent back to them, however they are lying, because I had all my mail forwarded for a year (only moved 3 months ago). This would be the owner trying to establish the power he had. I gave 3 weeks notice instead of the 4 he wanted, however I had no choice because my new job was starting a training in Orlando and he completely berated me for this. I suppose this was payback as well as refusing to give me a reference. My new employer called him a man with no integrity. Exactly."
