"Unfortunately, after 4 visits, I came to the conclusion that she's not a helpful counselor. I went to see her because of severe anxiety. My anxiety was through the roof because of a health condition that resulted in chronic pain. Lisa never once addressed my anxiety. She just kept asking me what treatment options I had tried for the chronic pain condition. Although I clearly told her that my physical side was covered with providers I trusted, and that I wanted her to help me with my anxiety, she continued to just ask me about my treatments, suggested to see other specialists for my condition, and was not willing to help me with the anxiety part. At one point she even suggested removal of my bladder. After that I never went back to see her. This is very unprofessional."
