"I called this Dr's office and had an awful experience. I spoke to 3 people and the language barriers we're very frustrating. There was a lady with a SUPER THICK ACCENT trying to schedule my son a newborn appointment. She asked WAY TOO MANY QUESTIONS. She made it impossible to finish the call by repeatedly asking me what my date of birth was, my son's date of birth was, then she kept asking our races OVER AND OVER LIKE 5 TIMES. My husband who is Caucasian finally got offended and ended the call. Completely disappointed. I was on the phone with her for 30+ minutes!!!! and she kept putting me on hold without saying hold on. I was kind to her because she seemed ignorant but I was completely frustrated. I would never recommend anyone I know to call this office or go to this office. The incompetence was just too much to deal with not worth the headache. There are plenty of awesome pediatricians with well spoken intelligent receptionists. BTW called Angel Kids Pediatrics... APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR A NEW PATIENT DIDN'T TAKE 10 MINUTES! I have five children I wanted to move to this office but they will all be going to Angel kids instead! We were truly impressed with Angel kids and will continue to go."
"I've been going to this doctors office for 19 years now, it's always nice when you work a full time job and being able to take your child in after hours when they are sick. They are always so flexible too, I can always get my child fit in when they are sick and seen the same day."
