"she was really nice when we started taking my son there as a newborn. then over time she started being lowkey rude when we would ask her why certain things would happen with our son as first time parents it was disappointing and when we would ask for a call back she would be very cold and like it was a bother. if i was unsure and just ask for clarification she would say “like i said before” or “again”. why not have some compassion and patience for first time parents. before she left the palmetto bay office didn’t even tell us, so it was like bye see you never. thought she was a genuine caring pediatrician but we were wrong. it was very disheartening to think you at least could be told she was leaving but now she works for concierge so i bet those patients get treated like royalty."

"My son, Masón, has been seeing Dr. Neal since he was a couple days old. From the first meeting, she made me feel at ease and provided a comfort I deeply needed. She has continued to be an amazing doctor for our almost 2 year old and can’t recommend her enough. Recently I had planned on making the drive to broward but found out that she is moving to another practice. I plan to find out where to so my son and myself can continue to receive ASTONISHING care for many more years to come"

"This is probably the best doctor I have EVER taken my children to see. My 18 month old was severely late on her shots. Her previous office even went as far as telling me they were “dissapointed” in me and that “covid wasn’t an excuse!” I was nervous going into this appointment, so I took my husband with me. This amazing human being looked at her chart and said, “ okay, is there any special schedule we have the baby on?” “Let’s find a way to catch her up and we will make sure that you - momma are comfortable about it the entire way.” You guys! This lady is kind, compassionate, loving...purely AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable. She takes her time. She is so well spoken and the kids took to her so easily. We put her on a catch up schedule that is realistic and still ensure she catches up as soon as possible. I can rave on and on and on. You will NOT be disappointed. This pediatrician is a GEM."
