"I recently had my teeth cleaned. I went to my appt (of 6 months) just to discover that I was 2 days too early for my 6mos. Cleaning. I thought that was a lazy error on the person who booked my day 6 months prior. Secondly, I feel like I'm being upcharged for services that aren't covered by insurance. Fluoride for example. I'll be moving on"

"Enjoyed every moment made me feel welcome- little overpriced- would’ve had a higher rating, but the lady that handles the finances, in my opinion is lazy. She misspelled my email and also my name I told her- I corrected her and she refused to change it. I didn’t know this until I went to pick up my prescription, and the last name did not match."

"After filling out all paperwork and waiting 1 hour, was informed that Aspen Dental office didn't take my insurance and wold have to travel to a different Aspen Dental. 2nd location did an adequate evaluation but checking out and scheduling another appointment was like negotiating at a used car dealership... Gonna shop around!!!"

"I highly recommend Dr. Leon and her amazing staff. The office is new, very clean, and everything is super high tech. The staff is extremely personable and welcoming. The dentist, Dr. Leon, is extremely professional, kind and very gentle. She takes her time with you and addresses all of your concerns. The office manager, Tim, is super efficient and helped me sort through the different options for insurance benefits and payments. I highly recommend this Aspen Dentist office."

"The only downside to my experience at Aspen Dental was the long wait after signing in. 30 minutes. Then I was given an iPad to fill in my medical history. It would have been nice to be able to complete the paperwork while I was waiting. Having said that the rest of my experience was great. Bailey, the X-ray technician was great. She explained everything that she was doing and why. After that I saw the Doctor and she was also wonderful. I was extremely nervous and she explained the path we were going to use to get my teeth and gums healthy again. All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to my next appointment."
