"My family has been going to Dr. Hamad for 16 years & we absolutely love her. She has been with us since our son was born & our daughter. She listens, is empathetic, & I can't imagine having gone through all that we have without her care."

"Called the on call doctor service and she was the doctor on call. Never in my yrs have I dealt with someone so cold from this office. I have seen Dr. Hamad in the office a few times over the yrs and she was super nice and compassionate. When I called yesterday to get advice about being positive for Covid she was down right rude to me on the phone. No compassion at all and she was cold. She said sarcastically “oh your positive, well that’s why we suggest people to get vaccinated, only thing you can do is rest”. My pcp in the office had a plan set up with me if I was to get covid and she had no interest in talking to me about it. She hung up before I could even ask her a few more questions. So now I guess I’m gonna sit here and hope for the best until Monday when I can actually call the office and talk to my doctor. I don’t know what happened to her attitude but I’m glad she isn’t my pcp, and I will definitely refuse her to ever see me if my pcp is out of the office for the day."

"Tried calling her the other day as I was not feeling well with pains I was having related to tmj. I told her what I was taking for it and that I ran out of it she cut me off refused to help me and said I need to wait till Monday because smh doesn’t refill prescriptions after hours. I could understand that being the office is closed. The Smh urgent care I called even disagreed and was in disbelief with how dr humad treated the situation after she said there was nothing she could do for me. I said you people this dose not make sense. She hung the phone up on me totally unprofessional, after 20 years with smh I am very sad I was treated this way. Whats the point of having an on call physician if you cannot help your patients? I have a doctor I use for my employees anytime they are sick day or night we call the physician on call if needed day or night and they get what meds they need and it is so easy. My primary at smh would never have treated me so poorly. Take notice please smh you all are great not to sure about this doctor though. Im glad Im not her patient regularly. Discussing this with my family on another occasion, sadly my mom and brother were treated poorly to after my brother was suddenly ill after visiting a local bar we thought he had something put in his drink and needed some advice it was not an emergency so we decided to call the on call physician and she simply said “ Tell him not to go out drinking”. She did nothing and her attitude toward my mom was very unacceptable. My experience was the icing on the cake. We love smh but our experience with this physician overall was unacceptable."

"My experience with Dr Hamad as a doctor was intial ok’as to attending to my elderly mother. This degraded dramatically with attempting to get her in for swollen glands. Initially I was told she would not be able to come in for an examination rather a tella doctor appointment. Then my mom received a phone call indicating she would need to come in and would need to take a Covid test first. Which she did do. When we got the results back as being negative we were told No. That the appointment would be by phone. Multiple calls were made back and forth as her office staff with one staff member saying one thing and then another saying something totally different. The final straw that incredibly broke was when a staff member called me this afternoon and would not listen to anything I trying to say to her. I could hear her in the background as she complained to other staff members about the issue and abruptly ended the call with me. From my viewpoint dr Hamads office is in complete disarray with no one actually knowing what needed to be done. As a business owner, my company would be out of business if our organization behaved in the manner that they did. Dr Hamad finally did call my mother. The conversation did not go well at all as she was concerned about the medication she was given and my mothers concern about getting off the medication. The doctor simply told her she could stop anytime she wanted to do so. Knowing the medication she was taking and the withdrawal symptoms she would experience by going cold turkey due to my personal experience with the medication absolutely floored me. My mother knowing about my experience with this medication indicated she no longer wanted to be a patient of her and it was well warranted. No patient regardless of their age should ever experience what my mother and myself encountered. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for her and her staff in order to salvage her practice. Regardless my mother will never see her again due to ill will, distrust and absolute incompetence of her staff due to our quite bitter experience"
