"Update: They implemented an app now with chat communications and we’ve had zero issues with getting meds filled and asking questions. However you NEED to make an appointment when you leave for your follow up and make sure you don’t need to move it. I left and told them I had to go home and look at my schedule and the dates I was told didn’t match up to what I was told in person. My husband drove there to ensure we got the correct dates for follow up since medication needs follow up renewals. I have been trying for at least 6 months to get a call back for an appointment for my son. It’s very difficult when your child needs care and they refuse to give it to you by never calling you back."

"Love Dr. Popola and her amazing staff. Never have I ever had any problems or issues when it comes to my two children. She is absolutely amazing. Big shoutout to the MA Megan she is such a doll. I absolutely adore her."

"I’ve heard great things about Dr Papola so my review is not based on her, but office staff. She’s desperately needs a new office manager. The office manger is very rude and refused to schedule my son an appointment because he is seeing a neurologist. I’ve never heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient because they had prior seen a similar doctor. The office manager lacked compassion and was rude from the very second she got on the phone. As a mommy of an ASD child trying to get him all the help I can, it’s disappointing to see people in the ASD portion of healthcare not doing what’s best for their patients. After hearing such good reviews about the doctor and how knowledgeable she is with ASD, to be refused medical services and then be treated poorly was so disappointing. As an ASD mommy, I am solely trying to get my son the best possible care for the best chance at life, and they spoke to me as if I was not even a human, let alone a mommy doing everything in her power to help her baby."

"We could not love this doctor more! She spent so much time listening, evaluating and talking with me and mg kiddo. While the wait to see her is long, it is so worth it. She truly looks at the whole. Hood and how to set them up for success. The office staff is great!"

"0 stars I have been trying to get them to call me back for an appt to have my son evaluated. My son's PCP submitted referral to them on 2/7 and I was told by Dr. Papola's office someone would be in contact with me within two days. I have called back several times with no answer and no return call. It is now a month later and I still have not heard anything and they did confirm that the referral was received. Extremely unprofessional!!!"
