"Called on 4/20 with obvious photos of pinkeye. Fontoura prescribed allergy drops despite my multiple protests this was pinkeye. He said if I called back on the same day he would send pinkeye drops if things worsened. He encouraged me to send my daughter to kindergarten. On his advice we exposed her entire kindergarten and the elementary school to pinkeye. Her eye did worsen. I reached out less than 8 hours to get pinkeye drops and was told I would need to pay for another visit. I was livid because I TOLD Fontoura I did not want to be charged twice whenever I knew it was pinkeye. I tried to call his office and the office manager put me on hold and later hung up on me. I called back and they said they couldn’t find her name. Now I’m going to have make another appointment and pay another copay whenever I should have only been charged once and also received pinkeye drops."
