"Update: Because I left a one star review based on my previous experience, this office removed my son from their paitent list and are refusing to see him. Was told to find another provider. My issue originally was I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they had no record of the appointment ever being made. I insisted I scheduled it earlier that week and they continued on saying they had no record of the appointment and I would have to schedule for a later date. I left this day highly upset due to the lack of professionalism. Out of convenience I decided to give them one last chance only to have the receptionist fabricate a story about how they are not in the wrong for the previous visits scheduling discrepancy and that they are rejecting to see my son because of my previosus reveiw. They had the opportunity to resolve this issue but instead chose to be ignorant. Now everyone can have my honest opinion. After reading the other reviews about how poorly their children were treated at this practice I have no doubt they are correct and I am more than happy to take my child to a practice that will actually care for him."

"Unfortunately they never saw my son because they failed to actually make the appointment. Called earlier this week and was happy to hear they could get him in quickly. Only to take the time off work to go to the office where they tell me they don't have him scheduled for at all. Time and money wasted. 0 stars"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CHILD(REN) TO THIS TREATMENT. ANY PLACE THAT DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO BE WITH YOUR CHILD DURING REGULAR TREATMENT SHOULD BE SUSPECT. YOU STAY IN THE PEDIATRICIAN'S OFFICE, RIGHT?!?! It was the worst doctor's visits I've experienced in my life! Dr. Amy did not listen to my grandson's cry for pain. She worked on several other teeth and he didn't have THIS reaction. He would shriek when the water from the drill hit his tooth. She even went so far as to instruct her staff to hold him down so she could treat him. Thank goodness I stayed in the room with him to stop that from happening - who knows what would have happened! She said it was because children get worse when they come back often. (It's the doctor's responsibility to develop a rapport with their patients, not the other way around. And for all the children that are facing cancer - their disposition gets worse with every visit/treatment?!) She said he needed to be sedated. She never took another x-ray to see how close the hole was to his nerve!!! After he was treated successfully at another dentist, I went to ask for an apology for her service, she refused to have a conversation and called the police on me. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS TREATMENT. ANY PLACE THAT DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO BE WITH YOUR CHILD DURING REGULAR TREATMENT SHOULD BE SUSPECT. YOU STAY IN THE PEDIATRICIAN'S OFFICE, RIGHT?!?!"

"Very good customer service the staff is amazing they are friendly and service with a smile. They make the parents sit and wait for their child(ren) in the waiting room not that there's no room for the parents. It's to make the child(ren) feel comfortable with the dental staff. Children act differently when their parents are around. I highly recommend kidzone dental services for any child's dental needs. They are fast and get you in and out."
