"The receptionist lady who checks people in and out is rude and seems annoyed she has to stop scrolling on her phone to deal with patients walking in or checking out. The doctor seems nice so far but I can do without the attitude of the two staff ladies I dealt with last visit. The check in lady had a condescending tone and impatient with my 7 year old. And for the rude front desk lady, If you sit at a desk all day, it can't be that hard to smile and atleast pretend to not be miserable. (The blank rude stare when visiting a pediatrics office is unsettling.)I was rushed away during checkout, "yah,yah,yah your referral will call you. Then I was called 20 minutes later saying I left without paperwork I needed. I had to turn around and go back to get it. Your job is to answer phones and pass along paperwork, can't even do that right and give me a nasty attitude, unreal."

"This place is a joke. A month ago i made an appointment for my daughter to come in for her 6 year check up. I even stated it was her 6 year check up, They informed me i needed to change her primary pediatrician to Nadal. Which i did, then called back gave them all of her insurance information. They didnt have an appointment till a month later. So here it is a month later theyre calling me 4 days before her appointment that they actually do not take Florida Kidcare for children over the age of 5. Which is totally understandable. But why when i made the appointment a month ago and said it was for her 6 year check up no one said they dont accept her insurance. Thank you for making me wait a month just to inform me you cant take her! Reply: Her insurance never changed, nor did her plan. I gave all of her info to the receptionist when making the appointment. She even checked to make sure one of your pediatricians were set as her primary. I stated what kind of insurance plan we had and her age as well. Why not when making that appointment you guys could of informed me then that your clinic does not take children over the age of 5 on that plan."

"I’ve been going here since my oldest was born (15+ years ago) and the staff/nurses have always been very sweet. Wenny, Stephanie, Maria, Rosa and the most recent one being *Iris. Iris went above and beyond and was understanding of my appointment time crunches but was able to make what I needed happen. Very appreciative of all the help!"
