"Dr. Jaryszak is truly a blessing! So patient with my kid and explained the whole process to beginning to end ensuring we had an understanding of everything involved in my daughters procedure."

"Dr. Dana Broussard-Perry is very attentive and thorough. She spends time explaining what is wrong and the steps needed for each individual’s issue. Her employees are just as friendly and professional. They make you feel special and comfortable, their smiles are contagious."

"I am extremely dissappointed in my experience with Dr. Broussard. I have been a very happy patient for 5-10 years with Windermere Allergy and Dr Broussard. I am a paramedic, so the doc allowed me to come in every 6 months for new vials, and take them with me. In the past, the most I ever paid for a visit with vials, was $252. I've had my appointment scheduled for 9/15/23 for weeks. When I scheduled, I informed them I needed an appointment, including new vials and shots (standard when getting new vials). A couple weeks prior to my appointment, I was receiving texts from an unknown group called Pediatrix. I had to google the name and call them to find out that Dr Broussard moved into their practice. I found out they moved earlier this year, and I was never notified. The week of my appointment, I received an email informing me my appointment was going to cost around $145. The morning of my appointment, I received a call that it was going to be $382. I needed my appointment and new vials, so I went with it. When I got there, I was brought back into a room. Dr Broussard came in and asked me about my in depth medical history, which she had on file at the old office. She listened to my lung sounds and confirmed that I wanted to continue treatment with vials and shots. Dr Broussard stepped out, and a few minutes later, one of her employees came in. She showed me a paper stating that on top of my visit cost, I would be responsible for $1500 every time I got new vials. She informed me that was what my insurance required, and that I wouldn't want to see the cost without using my insurance. I've been on the same insurance plan for 5 years and 8 months. I declined to continue taking shots. On my way out, I paid for my appointment. In my shock over the new pricing, I didn't consider that I was paying for an appointment that never really happened. Their office was surely aware of the highly increased costs of care. If they had forewarned me prior to my appointment, I would've cancelled it. When I called to discuss this, I was informed that the amount I paid was for the "consultation" and is standard. I can assure that there was no consultation. Dr Broussard asking me about medical history, that she should already have on file, and confirming that I still wanted to continue receiving vials and shots, is not a consultation. I have already contacted my insurance carrier to inform them of my concern. I was wrongly charged for this appointment, and will not be able to get back my time, which is valuable to me. Please take this into consideration when looking for an allergy or asthma doctor."

"Incredibly rude office staff who gossip loud enough about you that you can hear it. Over priced compared to all other doctors and either lie about insurance coverage/deductibles or have no idea what they are doing. With multiple specialists for my child we deal with our insurance company a lot and they are the only one coming up with conflicting numbers about our coverage. Even after calling my insurance company, there’s no reason they’re charging $6-700 a visit out of pocket for an appointment. Dr. Gottschall is a decent enough doctor, and if their front office staff were even halfway decent I’d consider returning. When asked a simple question about billing they become extremely confrontational as if I’ve offended them personally. I’ve dealt with rude office staff before but NOTHING like this. I’ve honestly never met anyone quite as rude as these people. Even if they were right and I was 100% in the wrong their treatment of my daughter, my husband and myself is completely unwarranted and unacceptable. Not one ounce of empathy, honesty (even about what I said a moment before when they were relaying the story to another office member), or respect was given. If you have an option, RUN."

"This office was recommended by our pediatrician. They were playing Sing 2 in the waiting room. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The nurse practitioner came in first and explained everything in such detail without being asked. Then the doctor came in after and did another check and asked if we had any further questions. Overall great Dr experience. Toddler approved."
